25 Wedding Anniversary ♥

My love for cupcakes started when I decided to bake cupcakes for my parents Silver Wedding Anniversary. I'm a lover of bright colours, and when I think about love, Pink springs to mind. So this is the colour theme I decided to go for. The designs were a little messy (baring in mind this was my first time ever piping frosting), so they weren't too bad, but I fell in love with making them straight away. So I'm hoping my designs will get better and better all the time. But we will see. I'll keep you updated :)

Ingredients used for the Cake:
3 Eggs
150g Caster Sugar
150g Butter
150g Self-Raising Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Tbsp Milk

Frosting:
Pink food colouring
5oz Butter
5oz Icing Sugar

I also decided to make a Victoria Sponge and tried to ice it - It was so much hard to do than it looks on YouTube! But I gave it a go. I think I'll be sticking to my cupcakes instead as you can see......
